The first thing we get asked about is our name. Mountain is rather obvious, we love the mountains and after living off grid for three years at the base of Mt. Denali in Alaska, where we went to enhance our fellowship with God and His son, we returned to North Carolina to reside in the beautiful mountains surrounding Franklin, North Carolina. Zoon is actually a Greek word used in the Scriptures and translated as animal, beast or creature. We are both often thrilled at the different creatures God has made, especially listed in the book of Revelation where we find the zoon in chapter 4, verse 8: And the four living creatures, each one of them having six wings, are full of eyes around and within. And day and night they never stop saying, “Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God, the Almighty, who was and who is and who is to come.” So, Mountain Zoon is really, Mountain Creature but we like the word zoon so that is our name!

We are Larry and Adrian Hull and we have been studying and living the Scriptures now for over 37 years! A long time ago Adrian was in the right place at the right time to hear a man teach about the Scriptures interpreting themselves. E. W. Bullinger was a minister in the 1900’s who taught the same and taught how one could study Scripture for themselves with just a few tools to the right dividing of the Word, the Bible. This has been quite a process of growth, both liberating and empowering. Adrian and Larry met in 2007 and Larry soon began his own journey through the Scriptures after having spent a lifetime in a denominational church. We believe we have something wonderful to share and we excel at prayer. Time and time again we have seen prayers answered, we sort of walk in the spirit of prayer, it is a constant walking and talking and listening with our heavenly Father and His son. We believe the Bible was inspired by the living God who the Bible declares is Spirit in John 4:24: God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth. We have spent an untold amount of time discovering what that means and have found an answer in the Church Epistles, namely, the books of Romans through Thessalonians. We invite you to our prayer ministry to participate with us and to search out the Scriptures for the truth of God’s amazing word.
